Pastry Chef Gayoung Kim began her career in Seoul, South Korea as a fashion magazine editor and in this position honed her sense of fashion and style. She would go on to graduating with high honors from the Pastry and Baking Program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and acquiring professional experience at Chef Joanne Chang's Flour Bakery + Cafe in Boston, MA, Chef Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery in Manhattan, NY and The Ritz Carlton Boston Common in Boston, MA.

She constantly strives to stretch the boundaries of design and style while achieving the highest standards of quality and taste. To her it's much more than just dessert. A cake is the center piece of your event and she is eager to create a clean, modern design with tasteful grace and an obsession for detail.
