Pastry Chef Gayoung Kim began her career in Seoul, South Korea, as a fashion magazine editor, where she developed a strong eye for design, style, and detail. She later graduated with high honors from the Pastry & Baking Program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and gained professional experience at Flour Bakery + Cafe in Boston, Bouchon Bakery in New York, and The Ritz-Carlton Boston Common.
